With over 500 shows, and countless

tours under their belt, their latest release " A Lifetime of Basic Cable" is the work of experience. The album's lyrical content covers their struggle including love, temptation, addiction, hope, and loss.

2008 generated a huge spike in popularity for Fighting Chance with their single "Falling In" reaching number nine on the New Rock 107.3(San Luis Obispo) charts for three months from July through September alongside BAD RELIGION, WEEZER, AND FLOBOTS. Their current material consistently reaches radio playlists on Rock stations in Bakersfield, Los Angeles, San Diego, Fresno, and throughout the Inland Empire.

Here's what the strangers say:

"SURE TO START A FIRE UNDER A CROWDS COLLECTIVE ASS." - G. Starkey New Times Magazine

"ONCE YOU'VE HEARD A FIGHTING CHANCE SONG, YOUíLL WANT TO HEAR ANOTHER, ONCE YOUíVE SEEN A FIGHTING CHANCE SHOW, YOU'LL NEED TO SEE ANOTHER. NO ONE CAN DENY THE GUT WRENCHING HONESTY OF THEIR LYRICS." -Sam-Las Cruces Sun News (Carlsbad, New Mexico)

"Fighting Chance renews the worship of Sublime, the real touring band. Ignoring the trust-fund-kid world of The Strokes, Fighting Chance cooks beans in the back of their van while touring the shit out of their amazing, dub-and-reggae-and-rock-and-alternative-inspired music. They rock everything from house parties to packed clubs and always have a good time rocking the hell out of everyone who crosses their paths." -BANDWEB.COM
